This is my go to jacket Definately keeps me dry and excellent wind blocker… layers required under if you’re goin back country or the weathers on the crap side.. looking forward to spring use

This jacket fits perfectly over my layers, sleeves are long enough, water proof in wet snow, keeps the wind out I like how I can wear the hood and still see peripherally. So many stash pockets, I like how it looks, im getting compliments. im 5'6" 145 lbs medium fits perfect with room to move with layers. I would buy again

Love this jacket. The most comfortable jacket I’ve ever owned, and it’s so light. I can really move in it. Size Medium fit me, but I sized up to a large to ensure I had plenty of room for layers. I’m 5’2” and the length of the jacket is perfect (not too long, not too short), which is unheard of for a size large for my height, in my experience.

I tried on every jacket from every brand I could get my hands on this winter (men’s and women’s) and this fit is like nothing I’ve ever tried in outerwear. It’s generous but not baggy. I’ve gotten tons of compliments. It’s perfect! Thank you for creating this fit!

Die Snowboard Jacke ist super verarbeitet, vielseitige kleine Fächer für den Skipass, Wertsachen wie Handy und Portmonae, aber auch große Seitentasche und eine Bauchtasche. Ich trage ein M und sie passt super. Ich mag besonders, dass sie locker sitzt und dabei aber nicht dick aussieht.
Ich würde sie wieder kaufen.

Purchased this jacket less than a month ago, wore it for a day and a half of riding and the fabric started to disintegrate on one side.

Jones warranty deemed this as general wear and tear and not a factory default. Which I would usually have no issues with, if I had worn this for more then twelve hours total.

I Love this coat! I honestly own 2 Its Lightweight an well lined to be worn in all weather. The pockets are warm, waterproof, an deep.
Unfortunately its not as thick as the regular mtn surf jacket but its still a great addition to the winter/spring weather defense gear..
I would add a mesh net in the under arm vents and another zipper on the under arm vents, along w a neoprene thumb wrist cuff guard to help keep the snow out of your sleeves. That section can be applied to all jones coats though.
Other than that i love the style an fit of this coat. Easy to get in and out for an anorak. Length is perfect everywhere.
I can't wait to put this coat to the test to some extreme cold conditions.

The MTN Surf Anorak has been my only jacket all season. It's not the most packable because of its 2 layer construction but still rolls up into the hood nicely. The relaxed fit of this anorak is super comfy and easy to move around in and the black 75D ripstop sections have been very durable considering the abuse I put my gear through. Going to be my go-to resort kit for years to come.

I'd have given this outerlayer a 5 star review, but noted one issue.
I think that the vent zippers need to be heaver gauge and also incorporate 2-Way zippers.

I found it extremely hard to vent the jacket with gloves on, and as the current zippers are not 2-way, it is tricky to adjust and get just right. Hate to be picky, just feel these changes would make it better.
