Upset and frustrated

The binding didn’t perform well unfortunately.

The heel foot pillow can’t be properly set in place. Then instructions says press until you hear a click, but it’s made of EVA foam, I don’t know how eva is suppose to click, it’s a soft foam material.

As a result, the snow keeps getting between the foam and the snowboard, then it compresses and becomes ice or really dense snow. My daughter couldn’t fit the boot into the binding before cleaning the snow under the foam every time. Because the snow was packed under the foam at some point I had to use screw driver to get it out, and scratched snowboard pretty bad.

Very upset with this. we had Union Cadet bindings that are 25 percent cheaper, they performed really well and didn’t have the issue with the snow packing under the heel.

I don’t recommend this one to anyone. Maybe when the weather is colder and the snow is less dense the issue would go away. But it basically ruined holiday for us.
